TRACTOR-TRAILER (AZ) TRAINING PROGRAM
The Commercial Truck Driver Training Standard (Class A) program provides students with the basic theoretical knowledge and fundamental practical training under controlled conditions to operate a Tractor-Trailer. This four-week program consists of 59 hours of practical training and 45 hours of theory.
The Tractor-Trailer (AZ) Driver Training Program provides students with the basic theoretical and practical training under controlled conditions, helps students drive a tractor-trailer safely and use defensive driving skills under normal operating conditions. This eight-week program consists of 124 hours of practical training and 76 hours of theory.

Program Tuition:

The Commercial Truck Driver Training Standard (Class A): $7,500 (104 hrs)

The Tractor-Trailer (AZ) Driver Training Program: $9,800 (200 hrs)
Students will learn:

Air Brake Endorsement

Pre-trip and post-trip inspection;

Basic operation of the vehicle;

Safe operation practices;

Operation under adverse condition;

Vehicle maintenance and serving;

Laws and regulations.
Admission Requirements:
Applicants must be 18 years of age and must possess:

A valid Ontario Class “G” license;

English Test;
-
Medical report required by MTO;

Knowledge test of rules of road and Signs.
